Rèja does not issue cash refunds on return. If you have chosen the wrong size or not happy with the purchase, we can offer you a credit which can be used to purchase a different item.

Paypal is our integrated payment gateway on www.shopreja.com and accepts all major credit cards. You can either login as a guest or use your PayPal account. If you’re based in Kenya you can also pay via MPESA. ADD MPESA DETAILS.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number to the email address you provided when the order is placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us at info@shopreja.com so we can verify that the correct email address was provided.

We strive to process returns within 5 business days of your return being received.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

No, you may checkout as a guest, but we do suggest making an account to keep track of all your order details in one place and so that we can better serve you in the future!

All of our products go through a vigorous quality check, but if you should receive a damaged or defective item please contact us on info@shop Rèja.com with photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
